About me

// inhouse Graphic Designer
@ 365discount, Coop ︎
My name is Bjørn.
I am a Danish/Swedish guy living with my boyfriend, Konstantin, in Valby. Graphic design is a huge part of my life — even in my spare time, you’ll often find me watching tutorials and learning new skills. My latest obsession is using MidJourney to create realistic, average-looking humans (creating modelesque people does not interest me at all).
I grew up in Hillerød and often visit my parents there. Walks in the forest and being completely offline work as a reset button for my sometimes busy mind. I love this simple contrast to a daily life full of technology, gadgets, and screens.
I have a keen eye for design — whether it’s kerning, typography, grids, or adherence to design principles, I can’t help but notice the details when I come across any type of design.

Education
I hold a Multimedia Design degree and a top-up bachelor’s in Communication Design, specializing in Fashion PR and Graphic Design. In 2016, I completed a degree as an Interactive Art Director at Hyper Island in Stockholm—one of Europe’s highest-ranking creative schools. From September 2020 to April 2021, I participated in a UX Design course, also provided by Hyper Island, as part of an upskilling initiative after being laid off due to COVID-19 from Din Tøjmand/Dress Partner.Most recently, during my employment at Coop (November 2023), I enrolled in an extensive part-time program called “UI Designer Bootcamp,” provided by Memorisely. This three-month program included live teaching sessions twice a week and focused on using Figma to create advanced prototypes, work with design systems and variables, and deliver handoff-ready designs to developers.
