Case study – description
This project was a task given to me by Lenus eHealth, as a part of their recruitment process for a Graphic Designer – I have been given permission to post this, as the recruitment is currently put on hold.
Based on information received I had to create a visual direction, a version of a “stylescape” for Lenus.
This stylescape, which is a more developed version of a moodboard, had to include a new web design, relevant ideas to further the Lenus brand and other ideas that I might find interesting.

Process
For this project my process was fairly simple.
First i read through the material provided from me, and extracted valuable information from this (colors, design principles, tone of voice, semiotic etc.).
This information was transferred into my “sandbox”, which is an extra artboard I always create, in every digital project I have. My sandbox is free from rules, is not (normally) meant to be published, and serves as a loosely thought design library – where every fleeting thought is put down.

Solution
In order to further the Lenus brand, I started ideating around what touchpoints there could be in the codadasda
My stylescape solution is wrapped around the thought of creating a family / tribe / team – with semantics and artefacts that visualize a coherence (?). By using design as a tool to create this coherence, the ultimate gain would be creating a feel of belonging - a necessity in order to establish an involving work culture.
In my opinion the most important touchpoint in relation to the previous is the onboarding. Here you have the opportunity to make an impression (and with the advertising/marketing goggles; you know there’s a high chance the new employee with post that picture of their new desktop filled with standard storebought decorations, a little note and maybe a few chocolates).
What if the employee were met with an onboarding package that includes everything you need for daily work: notebooks, pens, stickers etc. and clothing items that you would actually want to wear at a cool party in Kødbyen?
There is a lot opportunities in that very moment.

UI design / People page
As a part of my stylescape I had to come up with my idea for a web design. I decided to look into the People page on Lenus website, how I could improve it and how to implement the style visualized on the stylescape. I created a design in a soft 8 point grid in Figma – ready to be handed over to the developer.
